No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations
No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount with no refund.
Cancellations by SMTVT
If SMTVT cancels an experience, customers will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.

- Sickness (hospital documentation required)
- Missed flight (airline delay or cancellation verification required)

- Severe weather preventing the experience
Scenarios Not Eligible for Refunds
- Food poisoning without a medical note
- Extended dinners that run over time expected
- Traffic delays due to road conditions, detours, or special events
- Personal preference to reschedule
8. Limitation of Liability
Send Me To Vegas Tours, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in our tours. Guests participate at their own risk.
9. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant from the experience if they are disruptive, intoxicated, or engaging in unlawful activities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Photo & Video Release
By participating in our experiences, you grant SMTVT permission to use photos/videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to the tour.
13. Minors Policy
